Applying for participation/Reservation
Conditions for participation
In order to participate in the INTERNATIONAL HAZEX CONFERENCE, you need to apply for participation and make a payment to the organiser’s bank account. To apply for participation, please fill in the online or PDF form and send it to the organiser. The PDF form (download PDF form) has to be sent to email@example.com or by fax to +48 12 632 81 41. Within 5 business days from the day of receipt of your application, you will receive a proforma invoice with transfer details to the e-mail address you had provided in the form.
Cost of participation
The cost of participation in the INTERNATIONAL HAZEX CONFERENCE is dependent on the date of submission. At the moment there are two price thresholds. The organizer reserves the right to extend the run promotion or creation of further price caps. Each of the following price includes participation in the two days of the conference and show of explosions and explosion protection (including transport to the nearby training ground), conference materials, all-day coffee breaks, two lunches and a dinner. Prices do not include the cost of accommodation.

By Applying for participation in the conference, the participant can make a preliminary reservation of a room at a special discount offer (rooms are booked at Best Western Premier hotel and Efekt Express hotel located approx. 20 metres away). Information on the lack of available rooms will be announced by the organizer on the conference website. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 1:15 pm on the following day. Discount prices of the rooms are: PLN 255 net for one SGL room and PLN 290 net for one DBL room. Breakfast and parking space at the hotel car park are included in the price.
Cancellation of participation
A written cancellation of participation in the conference has to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If cancellation is made until 07 September 2017, the participant will not be held liable for any expenditures by the organizer of the conference. Should the cancelation be made after that time, the participant will be charged PLN 250 net. If the hotel room was booked through the organizer, the participant may request reimbursement solely from hotel authorities.
